Spring water

Hey you  probably think that spring water is from the season spring and its water 

well guess what you guessed wrong spring water comes in a bottle like this

Here is a little bit of writing from google about spring water and what it is

The resultant product, “purified” water, is of significantly higher purity than either spring water, tap water or filtered water. Purified water may originate from either a spring or surface or groundwater source or directly from the tap.

To do a hand stand you need to put your hands into the width of your shoulders and push with you legs up onto the wall then if you want to get down you bend one leg and push down with that leg and then you are in the starting posision
